I stopped in today to try on the Explorer II 42mm polar today, looked & felt amazing on my wrist. The staff were very knowledgeable and nice. They do not currently have any Rolex’s for men available at this time. I suggest you bring tacos to get on the list!

The experience I had at Bruce G. Weber was top notch. Michelle was a wonderful sales woman who took me at my word that I was going to drive 4.5 hours up to Tulsa to pick up an elusive Black Bay 58. The purchasing process was painless and Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with.

When the time comes to purchase another time piece, I will certainly be going back here.

Editing this review after over a year has passed - This location has no interest in continuing a business relationship with customers after an initial sale. After following up a few times over the course of the year about a new time piece my emails are not replied to or acknowledged. I would probably take your business elsewhere if you’re interested in forming a long standing relationship with your jeweler.

Don has spent as much time as we needed, on multiple visits, discussing the Rolex line up and allowing me to try on as many watches as I wanted. I honestly didn’t know enough during my first visit to make a choice. He provided me resources to learn more about the watches, then welcomed us back to answer all my questions and help me pick the best watch for me. If you have ever had issues with an Authorized Rolex Dealer being less than welcoming, I highly recommend making the drive to Tulsa!
