The customer service here is amazing - called and confirmed order, followed up with photos texted to me and also let me know when delivered. The quality of the flowers was so fresh and pretty. Could not have asked for better flowers and the price was excellent too. I would definitely rate this place 10/10. Highly recommended!!!!

Top notched service!! Loi was so kind to ensure my flowers got delivered. A kindman with a mission ❤️... I ordered the flowers from Gold Coast for a family's friend funeral to be delivered in Melbourne. It turned out the funeral has left the temple to the grave and he even went out of his way to help me to deliver it to the cemetery and ensure that the flowers are delivered. I couldn't have done it without his help. Thank you. This is the kind of service we won't get when ordering with big company! Please support local business.Totally recommended his flowers. Price is very reasonable too.

Loi, who is the owner of G & S Flowers, excels in ensuring his work exceeds your expectations. He listens to what you are seeking for, confirms the adjustments, if any to be made, then applies this gift he has, in producing a masterpiece of a flower arrangement. I wish I had photos to show you of my granddaughters christening. I ordered the centrepiece from Loi, brilliance, perfection and reasonably priced. People at each table where fighting who was going to take the flower centrepiece home. I have ordered many a times from Loi, never once was I SLIGHTLY disappointed. Infact, the opposite, had a smile from one cheek to the other. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. LOI WILL MEET ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS. God bless those gifted hands of yours Loi, as long as you are in this business, I will not look elsewhere to purchase future flower arrangements.

The best ever.... Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers, lovely plant and the amazing customer service..
Ordered flowers for my husband's bday. Delivery time being anywhere between 8am-12pm.
But we wanted to go out and celebrate and book tickets for a venue... so I called their number and asked if they could confirm delivery time.
The gentleman I spoke to was so understanding... I believe he is the owner... he said he won't wait for the delivery man and will do the delivery himself and if early morning is okay. I was more than happy for early morning delivery so I could plan the day better..
And today morning, a prompt delivery and the flower bouquet and the plant I ordered are fresh and lovely too.. and reasonable price too compared to the other websites I checked...
Thank you so much again... I will recommend you to all my friends and family...

It’s the stunning flower that I have ordered for my friend’s father’s funeral. There’s not only the good customer service, but also they put the meticulousness to all the detail of flowers. Even which’s worth the price too. Highly recommend for this florist.
