I have been a customer of the nerd store for years. They always have great selection and prices. However today was the first time I had any negative experience with them. When setting up for the Monster fest one of the women setting up was incredibly gruff and rude about fact that they were not open yet. Granted they were opening in about ten minutes and I would have happily came back if it weren’t for the way she spoke to me and my daughter.

Awesome store with so much variety! MTG regularly and super helpful staff. Don't be afraid to explore something new and nerdy here - the atmosphere is so easy going and prices are mostly reasonable.

A five star, to one star, back to five star review:
I've been a customer for many years now. Love the atmosphere in the shop. The staff has always been very friendly and downright easy to talk to. I'm being treated like a fellow hobbyist, and not a walking wallet, every time I set foot in the store.
I've watched the store change over the years. I like what I've seen, and deeply appreciate the effort of the staff in providing a welcoming environment. The staff has gone out of their way for me personally without fuss. I had left a couple miniatures that I'd poured my heart and soul into in their display case. That case, and any miniatures within, had been removed after others had been disrespectful to it and the hard work that the staff and customers had contributed for each other to enjoy and be inspired by. The staff kept my minis safe and saw them returned to me.
Having someone else take an active interest in protecting something I worked hard on, and ensuring it made it back to my hands was a meaningful experience for me as a mini painter, let alone a customer.
Other reviewers have made comments in the past suggesting that this is a den for aggressive, elitist players and that you should avoid spending any time upstairs in the game area. None of this has been true in my experience.
Every visit to the store, I've seen nothing but friendly people sharing their passion for all the awesome things that come with being a 'nerd.'
If you're in to miniatures, comics, collectibles and toys, games of all shapes and sizes then this is a store for you.

Ton of TTRPG supplies. I was amazed at how much they had from D&D to Warhammer. I could've spent hours looking at everything. They also have comics, boardgames, puzzles... the list could go on and on. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. FCBD was an easy process here. Will definitely be coming by to check out more things I missed.

It was alright they do t really buy any cards from you and if they do its about one sixth of the price that the card usually is. Also they give you store credit and if you want cash they give you 60% of what you would get from store credit.

Very pricey but they had a lot of cool stuff. Not as many comics as I would have expected though. It was more of a D&D+ store than a Nerd Store. Pretty good though and it was fun to look around in there.

Love the atmosphere here! Every local game store usually falls into one of the two: "family friendly" or "extremely competitive" scenes. This one definitely has the feeling of being family friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices may be a hair higher then some places, but everywhere has its over head to keep it running and give a place for people to play. Make sure to support your local game stores! The nerd store has a large upstairs play area for people, and provides a great environment to learn new games, and have a positive experience! I would highly recommend checking the store out.
