Was waiting for someone to answer the intercom for 30 minutes. Finally walked to door N07 (between dock 328 & 327). Took right in, out within an hour. Like previous reviewers said INBOUND/DELIVERY from Monte Vista side. Be nice, they will get you in and out quick. Seal must verify by CocaCola personnel. A bit tight to back in, take your time.

First and foremost, a crucial tip for those heading there: the entrance for picking up (outbound) is located on Yorba Ave, so make sure to head there to avoid any confusion.

My experience was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the loading process was relatively efficient, taking only 2 hours to complete. The guy who loaded my trailer was super nice and chilled, making the process much smoother.

However, my experience was marred by the security guard, an older man, who had a significant attitude problem. His behavior was unacceptable and made the entire experience more stressful than necessary. I hope someone addresses this issue and helps him improve his demeanor.

Overall, I hope this review helps others prepare for their visit and that the facility takes steps to improve their security team's customer service skills.

It’s pretty annoying how tight this yard is. They also take their sweet time unloading you. Maybe you get lucky and they unload you quick. Also they have a disgusting portable nice a warm for you on this heatwave

Load here quite often. Has always been a fairly good experience. Can be a little tight if they are busy and with the dropped trailers. If they are not busy they seem to realize this and space everyone out. Then it's fairly easy. Generally never stay here longer than 2 hours. Everyone is pretty friendly. No parking on the street. I've seen local pd issue tickets for doing so.

Don't bother showing up earlier then 30min before your appointment. Security gal was a bit unprofessional as she was talking casually talking on her phone while checking me in. The unloader was very kind and finished unloading me in less than 35min.

If you manage to have to pick up outbound, just know you have time to kick it,relax,take a nap or, if you’re like me you’d order DoorDash without the fear they’d finish loading you before they arrive

Was late because major accident on the 15 🙁 ? but loaded me right away ? thanks ?.. tight backing but got a door w no one beside me. Couldn't move my tandems due to a recent air leak! But loaded me anyways thanks
