I give this location a 5 Star's. I had been looking to purchase some Vantor Crewneck Tees. Seen them online, purchased a shirt and did curbside pickup. I thought it was really cool that they commuted with me not only by phone but by TEXT!! The following day I received a follow up text asking if I liked my purchase and if there was any issues. I found that to be very personal and excellent customer service. Following that day, I received another text. It was a picture with the whole color selection of the Vantor Crewnecks they had in stock. I found that to be freaken awesome and another way for sales. I felt like I was getting some personal assistance. I bought myself four more shirts and found the experience to be fun.

I love G by Guess but the manager there at the time ringing me up was the rudest. So much attitude and so little courtesy. It's beyond me how people like that get hired or are able to keep a job. I'll be going back
But if I could somehow avoid going when she's there, I would.

I was told everything on the table was buy one get one off.... I waited about 10 minutes in line with one stating they would be right with me. When I finally go up to pay they charged me full price on everything. I told the cashier that the other girl told me it was buy one get one half off... and the cashier said " well I can give 10% off" .... great service ladies?

Bad experience!! to begin with they don't greed me seconds didn't bother asking if I need any help I try reaching for a shirt and the worker girls didn't bougther helping. Oh but my girlfriend walks in 7min later after me and it was the whole opposite. Mind you she's a stud looking wow !! Sad I'm not a boy looking to get a little help around the store

Very bad service. The lady did not want to exchange a dress I returned together with the receipt, just because the tag is not on anymore. I made it a present to my fiancé but it was too small and wanted to return it with a larger size. She would not do it. This is not customer friendly! Never again
