Friendly bike shop selling a little bit of everything. Bought a large Altura saddle bag from you. Can't wait to get it mucky this winter. Warm welcome from the pooch as well who checks you've paid before you leave. Thanks.

I delivered my e-bike for service and even though they had a lot of work it was not just delivered quickly but especially the bike received a very good service. Moreover, when delivering the bicycle, I was given a very thorough and friendly feedback. I will certainly return here if/when I need further services.

They basically damaged my bike doing stuff that was not relevant or connected in any way to the repair. On not hearing from them for over a week, (I'd asked for an email or notification through my repair book in on my account), I called to ask when I could collect it. He claimed to have carried out an inspection of the state of the bike (and damaged it), without my knowledge or permission. I had booked and phoned for details of one repair. Anything else is irrelevant and no one's business. This arranged repair was not done so the result was a total waste of my time and damage to my bike. I can only conclude that they are trying to drum up extra work, therefore totally dishonest, or snobs. Which is worse. The world has managed fine up until now without this type of nannying rubbish. Avoid, unless you want a very big bill and people nosing into your business. It's a shame one star is required.

Fantastic proper bike shop in the heart of Dumfries. Lots of great advice from the owners when choosing my bike and they made a real effort to have it ready and set up quickly for me. Highly recommend!
