They told me that they would be able to refund me for this part I bought from them. They said they would be able to give me less than half of what I paid for it, for one thing. Then they waited to tell me when I got to the store that they don’t accept Returns. Horrible service. Go somewhere else. Please ignore his comment back to me, because no they did not warn me that I won’t be able to return it. They told me on the phone that I would get 20 bucks for it (even though I paid $50). They did not follow through on their promise.

Extremely disappointed with my visit. The staff, especially one guy, was incredibly unhelpful. It felt like my presence was an inconvenience to him. This shop clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Not a place I’d recommend to anyone.

Always come here for whatever bike-related things and repairs I need. The tech, Jose, is super knowledgeable and has built me many bikes. I’ve brought friends here too and they kept coming back

They won't except return or changing before you step out their shop need to check everything. I just bought a tube yesterday when i get home i can't fill the air they said I'm broke it, damn. If i broke it i won't come to change because i know it was my responsible and waste a lot of time for 5$.so everything in the box let them cheking before you leave, not recommend!

Stopped in because my chain got stuck on the way home from work. It would’ve been a 30 second fix to unjam the chain for me. The two, unfriendly employees refused to help and said it would be a 2-3 hour fix. Ridiculous. Stepped outside the shop, found a stick and unjammed my chain in a rather unpleasant way. You’d think a bike shop could help you get home on your way home from work with a 30 second fix.

Brought my bike in to be repaired. It took me way too long to get around to fixing it and when I finally brought it in they were more than helpful. It was fully repaired and cleaned up within <24 hours and looked great.

Found this shop tucked away on Laurel Canyon Blvd. after trying at least 4 others in the area. I was extremely pleased at the competence, service, pricing and turnaround time.
Primary bike: riding occasionally 2 years after 3 years of not much use. Needed a check-up; had been told the chain needed replacing. Chain was OK, did maintenance, explained everything. Detailed the bike and it looks like new!
Back-up bike: with this success, I took my back-up bike in for the same treatment. Derailer, chain, tires, tubes - yes, way more expensive. To be fair, all this was deferred maintenance, probably for 8 years. Everything was needed. Also cleaned & detailed - even my back-up bike looks like new. And I feel confident in riding it, or loaning to a friend.
The store has great-looking merchandise, nicely displayed.
I find the poor reviews puzzling. On all my visits, I observed staff waiting on other customers. Courteous, professional, helping them get what they needed. I've already passed the word to two neighbors. They had the same experience & have shared w others.
