It’s like walking through a museum, w/well manicured displays. The staff was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, without being pushy. We felt very comfortable browsing & purchasing. A very special shout out to the one who repaired my watch & brought it back to life, appreciated beyond words. ✌️

Awesome store. If you are a G-Shock fan, you need to check this place out. They have models for both men and women, as well as higher end G-Shocks (MR-G). The best part is the showroom upstairs showcasing the history of the brand and several exclusive models throughout the brand's history. Definitely worth checking out.

The only downside is the staff's attitude. They don't seem to care and aren't very enthusiastic.

Tried working with this store on a show and they tried to not uphold their return policy. We tried returning unused/unopened watches a couple times and they kept lying about their return policy giving us new rules each time. Seemed super shady. I would bring my business anywhere else. They told me not to shop there anymore and I hope they know it's mutual. If you want a G-Shock and a headache just go to Macy's...

Cool little store, VERY little 🙂 Alot of selection but short staffed when I was there. Overall very happy but minus a star for the long wait time. Also, the upstairs “Galley” was closed.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT shop here. If you want to make a return they will not let you, even if the product is new and untouched. Perhaps the business is struggling, which is unfortunate but it should not come at the expense of the customer. Especially for products that are so expensive. I wouldn't have shopped here had I known it would be such an issue to make a return. Save your money and time! They were also dishonest and said they only accept returns online, which is not true. Super sketchy!

Wanted a watch under $100 that fits a tiny wrist for a man and I came out with a Baby G watch! Great service. If you want cheaper, go to a department store or online.

Excellent repair services. I gave them my GW-5000U for band and front case repair. It's a Japanese model so the parts took roughly 2 months to get to them. After picking it up I was absolutely amazed at the quality of work. Everything was just as new as when I first took the watch out of its box. Thank you to all the staff for such admirable service.
