I purchased RAM from G.Skill and it turned out one of the sticks were faulty. I had an RMA issued and they delivered way quicker than expected. They answered me quickly when I first inquired and issued the RMA within a day. I received the new RAM stick, and I am very happy to say it works! This is a company who delivered on their promise and satisfied their customer. Thank you G.Skill!

Terrible RMA experience. Having dealt with many companies in the past, these folks were terrible with their lack of communication. I emailed numerous times for follow up without any reply.
Luckily, I did not have an expensive item that needed an RMA.
I definitely won't be purchasing anymore items from this brand in the future.

If zero stars were possible, it would've been chosen. Customer service is the worst in terms of communication, but they're good at scamming their clients. Played the package not found after being delivered and ignored me for about a month. Avoid their product as much as posssible

My PC started acting weird and I suspected maybe my ram went bad so I reached out to these guys. Got a quick response. Mailed them my sticks and a week later received brand new ram, no questions asked. My PC works perfect now. Very easy process all I had to pay for was shipping/handling. Thanks Gskill!

I don't know about the experiences the others here have had, but I tested my RAM (both failed) and sent them in for $5 through the mail and got new ones back within a week. They emailed me like once to give the RMA ID and address to ship to, and they didn't give me any trouble at all. I tested the new sticks, and they're working perfectly. I didn't talk to them on the phone or anything though, so maybe that's where all the low reviews are coming from. Great service and great products, in my opinion.

Ram RMA was ok. Got replacement dimms in about 2 weeks after I sent them out. 1 dimm came back slightly open and I can see the led's inside, so -1 star. They both work again, just annoying to see the led on 1 dimm.

One of my stick stopped working, sent it back after receiving RMA and got a new stick one week later. Total cost was $8 for shipping to get a brand new 2024 $45 value stick.

Good memory but pray you don't have to go through RMA with them. Slow response and no updates on status. I actually had to look them up here to get the phone number and call when they weren't responding to emails
