Never in my life have I been so disappointed to go to the grocery store. First there was no carts. Everyone was walking back to parking lot to get carts and 1 extra for the next person. Front desk said 2 people were getting carts- but no one was. We watched the boys stand around on phone.
Then walking into the store there was trash littering the floors. The produce was very bad and some was rotten.
Meat counter did not have the “sneeze” guard glass down and the seafood section had flies on the meat.

I will question going here in the future and will probably drive further to another grocery store.
Please clean up.

we have gone here plenty of times but the last time we went was not good.

we used the self scan station and when we scanned our kroger card it gave us the last person’s coupons, not only that, IT CHARGED US FOR THEIR ORDER!!! and you can’t call them because they have an automated system that doesn’t listen to you.

all of the lettuce/salad out that day (4/12/24) was best by 4/16. the bag of lemons we bought that day were half bad by the following monday (4/15).

Worst Kroger in America. Very confusing layout. Cannot find common items on shopping list. No sirloin steak. 8:50pm, no checkout clerks. Only self service lanes backed up down the aisles. People are very slow doing it themselves. My full cart is a problem. The worst experience ever in a grocery store.

Tried to get gas the pumps were working properly. The message says see cashier. I go to the cashier she says it needs to reset go try again. I go back it malfunction again so I go back up to the cashier and says how much you want I said I want to fill up. She says I need an amount I say idk since I can’t see how much points I have available. She then starts yelling clinches up her fist like she wants to punch me, with her faces grimacing in anger that she has to get up. She starts storming out and I said just forget it. This lady obviously hates her job but I’ll never shop at this location again and I’ve been going here every Saturday for 10 years

Pork loins were advertised buy one get one free. Jacked up price to $10. Then didn't even get one free. Watch your receipts people. Kroger is bad about advertising one price and then giving another at register

A lot of the staff are quite rude and then they're very own little world and don't get me started on the prices these grocery stores need to give us a damn break once in awhile come on man slash your prices so people can eat

Unable to sell or ring up clearance as marked. Discounts populate at the end, but if you have clearance check closely. I probably could've requested a manager, spent 15 minutes saving $5.. but i prefer to shop correctly marked prices. There were 2/2 items incorrect. 1/2 makes me think a mistake totally fixable. 2/2 wrong means their computers aren't updated to match pricing. Very deceiving especially after not offering to resolve. FYI review on principal. Marked prices within $5 however I can't have picked the only two items in the store ringing up wrong. I hope this review may help! No hard feelings toward the 1000s of other krogers. Im heading to a better one now.
