I ordered a cupcake cake and a smash cake for my Granddaughters 2nd birthday, I couldn't believe how good it came out! The lady in the bakery was so wonderful, you can tell she really enjoys her job. Everyone thought I bought it from a special order fancy bakery.

The ladies at the customer service customer center are rude and don't know how do do their job. How are is it to listen to the customers issue and try to help before you bat off at the mouth. The little girls lucky my wife did not snatch her up for his mouth.

This has to be the worst walmart I've ever gone too. All the employees assume you are going to steal something. They are all very rude and hostile. Everything you want to purchase is locked up and getting an employee to open the display is like pulling teeth. Personally, I suggest that no one shops at this Walmart.

I had a question and needed to press 0 to go to the operator so she could transfer me to customer service the operator kept hanging up on me or she would pick the phone up and stay talking to some guy in the background. She definitely needs to be fired. She is not working.

The customer service here is horrendous. I shop here very frequently, so I’ve noticed a pattern. I don’t know if it’s because the employees are worn out, but they have failed at common courtesy. I have accidentally left items at a register in a hurry twice. Not once did they alert me that an item was left behind. When it’s sitting right there in front of their face. Even though the whole time their eyes are on you constantly. I thought it was just me who’s experienced this, but it wasn’t. There was another customer ahead of me who left their wallet phone right on the little plastic counter by the credit card machine. The employee did absolutely nothing to alert him it was sitting there plain as day. The guy was practically out the door by the time I caught up with him to give him his phone back. That’s their job to do that not a customer! Just be alert and double check your bags and the register area to make sure you didn’t leave anything behind.

The pet food isle Is the busiest I have ever shopped and it’s massive! It always looks absolutely Perfect with every label forward! Im talking thousands of cans and I finally met a Wonderful and friendly worker named Misty that is always working hard to keep it looking that way! She is an amazing worker
And is always in a great mood and extremely helpful! The kind of employee we all hope to meet and I hope she is being paid well! She is sure worth it! Great Job Misty! Thank you for all you do keeping this Walmart looking so great!

Went to look for a garlic press and was able to find three choices. I also went to find a elastic lace. This item was not available. My cashier was a very happy person. She was nice, polite an older lady.

I mainly frequent this store in pueblo since I've been in pueblo. It's an okay store. Most people aren't happy to help but will grudgingly help.

My biggest issue is for the last 2 weeks everytime I go in here, I am followed by security. I've never done anything to provoke this from this location and it's quite pathetic.
