I have had a great experience at G Thomas! Roxy was amazing in helping me to reset two diamond engagement rings into new settings, as well as size a Wedding band. (Really, ALL of the staff is amazing, you could work with anyone). I am very sentimental about my jewelry and wanted to wear pieces that my Husband gifted on the regular.With my active lifestyle, I needed to brainstorm how I could accomplish this.
I had my original engagement ring set into a necklace, and while I had a 10-year anniversary ring made custom out-of-state, I needed a more classic style, so I had G Thomas reset my 1.13 Carat Cushion stone into a Tulip head center, with a cathedral setting. 🙂 Wow, G Thomas blew me away!

First, I brought my projects in the week of thanksgiving. I spent a few days emailing back and forth with Roxy, who was such a fast communicator! I knew she was working hard to find a band and diamond head that would meet my needs for my center stone reset. Second, Roxy surprised me with how quickly they finished my pieces! Less than two weeks from drop off, I was wearing and enjoying ALL my new pieces!! Third, the restyle of my pieces made them look exquisite! The right settings really matter! I am so excited to share their work.
Lastly, price point. They honored my budget beyond belief, and gave me pieces that truly made them “feel” so much more expensive than the price. 😉

G Thomas is one of the BEST jewelry stores in Manhattan!! I have a J necklace that was bought from G Thomas, I have taken it in to be fixed for a broken chain not once but twice now!! Also they expedited the whole process! Originally they told me it takes 2-3 weeks for a chain fix, but since I’m visiting I explained I only had a couple days in town. They were able to get my necklace fixed the very next day, along with a pendant I had that needed bent back! This place cares for its customers and welcomes everyone in with a friendly smile and overall great atmosphere!! If you’re planning on doing any jewelry shopping please stop looking and go to G Thomas jewelry they WILL NOT disappoint!!

Exceptional Service and Personal Touch!

My experience at G Thomas Jeweler was wonderful! From the moment my mom and I stepped into the store, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Bobbi and Anne Marie were incredibly accommodating and personable, making my mom feel right at home. They went above and beyond to assist her. Amazing business with excellent customer service. I bought a vintage watch here a few weeks ago, and sadly after trying to tune it the pocket watch did not run. The shops employees did an amazing job finding a replacement and communicating with me about it. Much better than the cooperate stores located in the mall.
