Non è il primo great wolf che visito ma sicuramente non il migliore. L'atmosfera è quella tipica di questa catena ma è tutto estremamente costoso e di qualità abbastanza bassa. Le camere sono comode, pulite, spaziosa e carine. Lo staff è sempre cortese (anche se non si sforza molto di farsi capire...). Le piscine belle e divertenti anche se più piccole rispetto ad altri great wolf.

We had so much fun we locked ourselves in for 3 days! From the time we checked in until the time we checked out we didn't leave the indoors.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The water park had plenty to do for the different ages in our group. The park was cleaned, staffed well with lifeguards, and everything felt and looked safe.
We ate at the pizza place, the buffet breakfast, and dinner in the restaurant. Happy to report the food was great for all of them and I would say the sit down restaurant was even better than outside places.
Plenty to do all the time. Never got bored. Only positive things to say. I was nervous at first taking my extended family after reading some reviews but everything we saw was top notch.

First time coming here and was expecting more. I'll start with the water park.. slides were fun and my 9 year old son and I had a blast! The lazy river was also relaxing and fun. I was expecting the waterpark to be a lot bigger and kind of was disappointed in the overall size. Limited seating, so only snagged 1 chair for my family of 6. We ate at the on site restaurant and couldn't believe how expensive our bill was. 18$ for just 5 sodas. Don't get me started on the food. So mediocre and so overpriced. I regret not getting a pizza or eating off site. We were the only family at the restaurant at 6 pm, now I understand why. The ice cream shop was cute. It carried bakery items, Starbucks coffee, a big variety of ice cream. The candy shop of course was way too overpriced. The events were fun. The 2 employees really did amazing getting into the dance parties, bingo, etc. My kids loved that! You get a free pair of wolf ears that you have to ask for in gift shop and my kiddos loved receiving those. The rooms were okay. They actually upgraded us to a bigger room with an upstairs loft and bed. So that was cool! Microwave, fridge, shampoo and soap were in the room. We've stayed at Grand Country resort in Branson and in my opinion, great wolf doesn't compare to Grand country.

The best place I've ever taken my children to. Everyone was friendly and there was so much to do. We did not stay in a room this time because we have family nearby. But we were able to swim, play laser tag, and mini golf for only $55 per person on the day pass bundle. And it was more than worth the hefty price. There is so much to do at this place, for all ages. We had toddlers and teens with us and everyone had a blast. We will definitely be back.

Went during the off season and it was great! Things get a little pricey if you eat there though. The best deal in the hotel is the pizza stand. Bring your own drinks, there's a mini fridge. PS you can still use the water park on the day you check out, until 8pm. So I checked out, put most of my things in the car and paid $10 for a locker for my purse and dry clothes. I will be coming back again, my kids had so much fun.

Long wait times to check in and out. Staff is friendly and always tries to be helpful. Their prices are quite high but they are all about kids activities all through out the day and making sure the children have fun. All of the activities in the lobby are free but everything else will cost extra including the parking. Bought wolf passes ahead of time and got to do everything included except the mini putt-putt was closed the whole time. We extended our stay an additional day and was told there wouldn't be an extra charge for incidentals since we paid that when we checked in but was charged to my card a second time anyway. Overall a great place to stay if you have kids but be prepared to pay extra for EVERYTHING!

This was me and my kiddos first time traveling to a water resort (10/26/2024). We did some research and found some pretty cool videos online that had us very excited to go. Upon arrival, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and wasn’t too enthused about her job. We went to our room which seemed cool but it did smell a little moldy or as if the floors hadn’t dried from the last guests. The door seemed to be off track you almost had to slam it shut. We were at the pool for maybe 3 hours and grabbed a bite to eat which was overly priced. The quality of the food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either (one daughter took one bite of the burger and didn’t finish).A day after our stay, I noticed a charge for $81.84. I contacted customer support and was told someone would look into this. Id contacted them for a 2nd time as I didn’t hear anything back from anyone. I was told to check my spam folder. I’d received 2 emails in my spam folder which looked like legitimate spam but upon further investigation, I was able to confirm it was legit. No where in the billing did it reflect the $81.84 charge. I then contacted them an 3rd time and they sent me another receipt a day or so later which then included a charge for a “pool towel fee” $75 plus tax $6.84. My children and I only used ONE freaking towel a piece. I cannot express how upsetting this is. I was going to book another stay with the deals they were giving in an email but it’s not worth it!!! This was our first visit and will DEFINITELY now be our LAST!

Overall this is a great place to bring your kids. The water park has something for everyone and there are plenty of activities offered throughout the day. Staff members were friendly and the rooms were clean. Our 5 and 7 year olds had a wonderful time and were wiped out at the end of each day.

There are a couple things that keep this from being a 5 star review. First, they are definitely short staffed. I know that's a problem basically everywhere but this could be largely solved by installing self checkout machines. It's not fun having to track down a staff member just to buy a bottle of water.

Second, I expected that food would be expensive while being at the resort but not the poor quality. You'll pay $15 for a burger and receive something less appetizing than a McDonald's burger. That holds across all of their restaurants. The breakfast buffet is better than the average hotel so that was a plus.

None of that would stop me from going back but I would leave the resort to eat at other restaurants. You'll save cash and eat better.
